The CDC-PPM carbon dioxide controller is a complete CO₂ controller ready to maintain highly accurate control of your CO₂ levels. Use this simple and flexible controller to increase CO₂ levels in plant environments or lower CO2 levels in mushroom and other environments.

Includes a detachable cancel "trigger" cable that disables both outputs when activated. Connect the trigger cable to your ventilation temperature controller to prevent CO₂ emission during ventilation periods.

The front cover removes to expose the settings buttons. Raise and lower the setpoint on the digital display with the buttons under the front panel cover. Adjust settings for hysteresis to set a minimum PPM level. Warms up quickly and displays current PPM level and sampling rate indicator.

Includes (1) CO₂ receptacle, (1) "Aux" receptacle (powered when CO₂ is "Off") and (1) 6ft. "Cancel" cable with detachable IEC 320 connector for ventilation cancel of CO₂ receptacle.

How it Works

How it Works:

Plug the CDC-PPM controller into your lighting timer or use Photo Controller to activate the controller during the day and turn it off at night. A 120V signal cord with removable IEC320 connector is included for plugging the "Cancel" port on the controller into the ventilation circuit. When the ventilation is activated, the controller will disable the CO₂ and Aux outlets. An "Auxilliary" receptacle operates when ever the "CO₂" receptacle is "Off" and is used to lower CO₂ levels instead of raising them.

Set your desired ppm level and the desired hysteresis (dead band range.) When CO2 levels fall below the set point the controller enables the "CO₂" receptacle until levels return to the set point.

For example: Setting the PPM level to 1500ppm with a hysteresis of 100ppm will cause the controller to turn "ON" the "CO₂" receptacle when concentration levels fall below 1400ppm until levels reach 1500ppm again.
