If you are unsatisfied with your product, Agrowtek Inc. accepts returns on all standard products for up to 15 days from purchase. Due to the often custom nature of the product, there may be a 20% restocking charge on some items. To find out if your item is subject to this charge, please contact us.

Agrowtek Inc. does not accept returns on controllers which have been custom engineeried for special applications.

All returns must be approved by Agrowtek Inc. and bear a RGA (returned goods authorization) or the shipments will not be accepted.
