All packages are shipped in standard plain brown cardboard boxes.

Domestic Packages: are shipped by UPS; they are, in our experience, the most reliable and cost effective package handler in the US.

International Packages are typically shiped by USPS Air Mail or Global EMS.

Lead Time & Inventory:

We do our best to keep all items and components in stock so that we can process your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours; however, in some circumstances items may become back ordered. In the event of a back order, you will be notified by email or phone call.

Damage Claims:

If your item has been damaged, refuse receipt of the item from UPS. If you have recieved the item damaged, please contact us for a RGA.
