Description

AgrowDose™ MDX dosing systems automate nutrient dosing, pH and ORP control in batch tanks or re-circulating hydroponic systems. Available with 1, 2, 4, 5 or 6 independent pump heads. Configure each pump as a nutrient part, pH up, or pH down part. Precision sensors and rugged pumps offer reliable and accurate control of reservoirs large and small. Built with FDA compliant tubing, the pumps inject chemicals quickly into water lines up to 25psi.

MDX dosers are designed to manage single, indvidual reserviors where it is not economical to install a BDX BatchMATIC™ centralized dosing system, or where further monitoring and control of reservoirs is required.

The MDX system's sensors continuously monitor the water pH, EC and ORP (if equipped.) When readings fall outside of the set points, the pumps will begin injecting fixed amounts according to the programmed recipe. The system repeats the doses with optional time delays until the set points are achieved.

The controller's built-in color display provides an easy to use interface for monitoring the sensor readings and configuring the dosing settings. Display includes features such as:

High/low history
Graphical history
Alarm set points with Buzzer
Guided sensor calibration screens
Manual pump priming
Back-light shut-off timer
